Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness - approx 3 hours
A pleasant trip down the North Shore of the Loch to the village of Drumnadrochit to visit the fascinating Loch Ness Exhibition to learn about Nessie, the local friendly mythical monster who lives in the depths of the loch. From here travel to the historic ruins of Urquhart Castle on the banks of the loch. Depart for Inverness

Cawdor Castle - approx 2 hours
Travel by car to this splendid14th century castle made famous by William Shakespeare in his play Macbeth. The castle features many interesting rooms including the kitchen with its fresh water well. Time is allowed for exploring the Castle, the beautiful gardens and the quaint historic village of Cawdor.

Loch Ness - approx 45 mins
For those short of time, a drive to the beginning of Loch Ness to capture the beauty of the Highland landscape and a peek of the mythical monster Nessie

Circular tour of Loch Ness - approx 4 hours
A tour around the loch includes a visit to the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre, Urquhart Castle and a stunning drive around the loch to Fort Augustus. Travelling high above the south shore on the return journey to view the stunning scenery and the spectacular Falls of Foyers.

Culloden & Cawdor Castle - approx 3 1/2 hours
No visit to Inverness and the Highlands is complete without visiting the haunting battlefields of Culloden where Bonnie Prince Charlie was defeated by the English government forces and up to 2000 brave Scots soldiers lost their lives. After the battlefields, travel along the back roads of Strathnairn to 14th century Cawdor Castle.

The Four Castles Historic Tour - approx 5 1/2 hours
Includes visits to Inverness Castle, Culloden Battlefields, Cawdor Castle and Brodie Castle. Return journey through Nairn to Fort George, 18th century military garrison fortress.

Dunrobin Castle - approx 5 hours
Travel North over the Struie for spectacular views over the Dornoch Firth onto Dunrobin Castle, the chieftain home of the Clan Sutherland.

Distillery Tour - approx 2 hours
Enjoy a guided tour of the Muir of Ord Distillery established in 1838 and tasting of Glen Ord Single Malt Whisky

Whisky Trail - approx 7 hours
A stunning journey through Strathspey visiting the Steam Railway and Heather Centre. Through Grantown-on-spey onto Glenfarclas Distillery for tour and dram and returning to Inverness via Elgin

Tomatin Distillery - approx 2 hours
16 miles south of Inverness the Distillery welcomes visitors to learn about the Distillery's traditional working methods, history and visitor centre.

Glenfiddich Distillery - approx 5 hours
Drive along the east coast through Nairn, Forres, Elgin to Dufftown, home of the world famous Glenfiddich Distillery to enjoy a tour and dram. Return to Inverness via the purple heather clad hills of Strathspey.

West Coast Day Trip
A grand tour through some of the most beautiful countryside in Europe, taking in Strathpeffer along the rugged coast to the shore of Loch Maree to the heritage museum at Gairloch. Travel to the world famous Inverewe Gardens and through the Corrieshalloch Gorge and Falls of Messiach to Ullapool and then returning to Inverness

Isle of Skye Day Tour
Travel down Loch Ness stopping at the Monster Exhibition, Urquhart Castle and the River Moriston before heading due west to Kyle passing Eilean Donan Castle. Cross the bridge to Skye and visit Skye's only distillery Talisker. View the majestic Cuillin mountains before travelling to historic Dunvegan Castle, home of the Chiefs of Macleod for nearly 800 years.

Royal Deeside Day Trip
Travel through Strathspey onto Royal Deeside to visit Balmoral Castle, the Scottish home of the Royal Family

The Bonnie Black Isle - approx 3 hours
Across the Kessock Bridge enjoy a leisurely drive round the perimeter of the Black Isle stopping at Black Country Animal Park. Then onto Fortrose to it's ancient Cathedral and Hugh Miller's cottage at Cromarty. This tour is ideal for appreciating the wonderful views and idyllic Highland villages.

Glen Affric - approx 4 hours
Following the winding road till we reach the splendid scenery offered by Glen Affric and Loch Benevean visiting Plodda Falls. We return through Glen Urquhart and the north shore of Loch Ness. Tour includes visit to the Deer Farm.

Culloden Battlefield & Clava Cairns - approx 2 hours
A visit to the battlefield includes the exhibition centre, thatched cottage, museum and clan graves before moving on to the chambered cairns and Standing Stones at Clava which date back to the third and fourth centuries.

Fort George & Culloden - approx 3 hours
Travel to the military fortification of Fort George and its very interesting museum as well as a tour of the Culloden Battlefields.

City Centre Tour
A drive round Inverness pointing out places of interest and beauty including the cathedral, castle, Eden Court, Ness Islands, The Steeple, Cavell Gardens and Craig Phadrig for a panoramic view of Inverness.

The Wilderness Tour
Visit the north west tip of Scotland for stunning highland scenery, landscapes and seascapes. Travel through the mountains north west to Ullapool passing Rogie Falls and Corrieshalloch Gorge. Pass the mountains of Canisp, Suilven, Stac Pollaidh and Quinag before reaching Durness to visit Smoo Cave. Return to Inverness via Loch More, Loch Stack and Loch Shin.
